The Mayor of Damghan conducted a field visit to inspect the reopening of Azadi 8 Street to Tous Boulevard aimed at easing local traffic flow.

Following repeated citizen requests to ease traffic congestion and facilitate movement, the project to reopen Azadi 8 Street to Tous Boulevard was placed on the agenda of Damghan Municipality.

On November 8, 2026 (17 Aban 1405), Mayor Eng. Assari, alongside Technical Deputy Eng. Goudarzi, Security Director Mr. Parvaneh, Traffic Manager Mr. Abdollahabadi, and Civil Expert Eng. Hashemi, conducted a field inspection of the site.

Technical Evaluation and Surface Water Management

During the visit, officials examined the technical aspects of the street opening and the surface water drainage system. It was decided that the project's traffic consultant will submit a formal opinion regarding the reopening.
